Delete Your Nekhes Account

Nekhes users can initiate account deletion directly in the app from Profile > Personal info > Delete Account. This page is provided as an alternative for users who are unable to access the in-app deletion flow.

To request deletion, submit the form below from the email address associated with your Nekhes account. Manual deletion requests must be verified before any account is deleted.

What can be deleted

• Your private account profile, contact details, authentication account, and notification tokens.
• Personal account preferences and direct user-scoped records.
• Personal uploads such as profile images or non-shared files associated only with your account.

What may be retained

Shared workspace history may be retained where needed to preserve operational records for active property participants. This can include messages, ticket activity, document metadata, tenant history, and other shared property records. When retained, Nekhes removes or replaces your personal identifiers, for example by showing "Deleted User" instead of your name.

Some records may also be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, or legitimate business purposes.
